Incluir programme

The Incluir programme is a training and recruitment programme for people with physical or cognitive limitations, migrants, refugees or people in situations of social risk.

It is based on an innovative training and development methodology, customised for each trainee and adapted to the functions that can be performed in each of the Group’s businesses.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAMME

The programme includes on-the-job training, including transversal competencies training, and it is designed according to each individual’s profile. Whenever necessary, it also includes the adjustment of the workplace.

After an initial training phase, the applicant is ready to be hired by one of the Group’s companies.

As an Incluir Programme trainee, you will have the chance to learn and develop:

  • social skills (communication with others and teamwork);
  • technological skills, and master the IT tools used for work purposes;
  • interpersonal and conflict management skills;
  • other skills that may be deemed relevant to perform the job.

Selection process

The candidate can count on a skilled team that will conduct the recruitment and selection process. Within the process your profile, competencies and motivations will be assessed, and we will analyse if you have a fit with any existing vacancies in all of the Group’s companies in Portugal.

If selected, this team will design your personalized learning and onboarding plan.
